Tampa Bay Home Care Co. is a local in-home care service for seniors and adults across Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. When you call or send a request, it goes straight to the care coordination team of a home care provider licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, who assesses what's needed, matches a caregiver and stays involved as needs change.
How we work
A care plan and rate first
The coordinator writes down the schedule, the tasks and the hourly rate. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
A caregiver you can change
The match matters more than anything else. If it isn't working, say so and a different caregiver is assigned.
No contracts
Care is scheduled week to week and can be increased, reduced or stopped with notice.
Screened and supervised
Caregivers pass Florida Level 2 background screening, and a supervisor checks in on the home regularly.
Licensing
Care is provided by a home care provider licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Florida requires home care providers to be licensed or registered with the Agency for Health Care Administration, and you can look up any provider on AHCA's facility locator at quality.healthfinder.fl.gov.
